AVAILABILITY AND PRICES
Fast and comfortable purchase. With only one click, once having selected the products, the user can start the purchase process. Toldosonline.eu guarantees the final price of purchase when placing the order. There is not any variation between the price shown the moment the order is placed and the one in the final invoice. The customer can to pay via our payment systems (bank transfer, credit card, PayPal and cash on delivery) as he/she prefers.
Orders will be delivered within 15 working days counting from the moment the payment is made (with the payments made via bank transfer there may be a 2 days delay).
In the event that the products selected are not available at the moment of placing the order, we would inform the customer of the new delivery deadline and if the customer doesn?t accept the new deadline, he/she will get a full refund via the same payment method within 48 hours (2 working days).
All the purchases will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.
All the prices shown in our e-shop include IVA (errors and omissions excepted).
Shipping costs go by the customer and depend on volume, weight, type of product and area.
Shipping costs appear the moment the order is placed.
Toldosonline.eu won't ship any order until the Administration Department has checked that the payment is received and correct. The delivery is considered done the moment the carrier has delivered the package or packages and the costumer has signed the delivery note. The customer shall verify that the goods are not damaged and if so, he/she must notify it in the delivery note.
Toldosonline.eu undertakes to ship the goods within 7 or 8 days except in the event of stock breakage. In that case, the customer would always be informed and could cancel the order at any time and get a refund if necessary.
The shipping deadlines herein indicated by toldosonline.eu are for guidance only but we work hard to make sure we respect them at all times. Nonetheless, it is not only our responsibility, but also of the delivery companies. Thus said, a delay would neither justify a cancelation of the order nor a compensation. Any penalty clause for late delivery added by the customer in the order, is of no effect by the application of point 1.
